Conti Federal completed this project on an active air force base coordinating the work with other adjacent active construction projects.

Scope
Conti Federal constructed a two-story, 2,200 meter2 office building, named Building F. Conti Federal self-performed cast-in-place concrete, masonry block, precast elements, site maintenance and support, grading, maintaining access roads, logistics, setup and mobilization. For this project, Conti Federal demolished an existing building and connected Building F to another existing building. We were also responsible for electrical, HVAC and fire protection work at the existing building.
Conti Federal performed all electrical work at Transformer Station #217, including all electrical feedings from the transformer station to Building F and communication infrastructure, electrical and communications infrastructure between Building F and Building H.
The team coordinated with several adjacent projects during the completion of Building F as well as active base operations. To optimize productivity and schedule sequencing, Conti Federal crews successfully performed multiple scopes of work simultaneously while management maintained high quality standards and oversight.
Conti Federal completed all work on schedule and maintained a proactive safety program on this project, completing work with zero recordable incidents and minimal base disturbances.
