Project Overview

Conti Federal is constructing a secure, mission‑critical addition to the existing B‑21 Flight Simulator Facility at Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB). This new expansion supports the next generation of B‑21 Raider training by delivering modern simulator bays, secure instructional space, and advanced infrastructure required for aircrew readiness. Designed as a secure training space, the facility fully supports emerging B‑21 airframe program requirements.

Conti Federal is delivering the ADD Flight Simulator as part of its B-21 portfolio of projects at Ellsworth AFB. The projects are structured under a program-level enterprise delivery model to optimize resources, reduce risk, and improve program-wide coordination. Conti Federal’s enterprise team and ongoing operations at Ellsworth AFB have enabled the company to build a trusted network of local trade partners and subcontractors who understand the unique requirements of the installation and its broader mission.
