Conti Federal is currently constructing a $65.8M contract awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District for the construction of Secure Site Annexes in Baumholder, Germany.

Construction of the secure site annexes supports U.S. military operations by enhancing their operational readiness. This project is part of an ongoing effort to upgrade and expand housing and facilities over the next several years. Working within an active military installation, the team is closely coordinating with USAG Rheinland-Pfalz personnel to minimize disruptions to ongoing training and operations.

The United States Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz – Baumholder, affectionately known as “The Rock,” plays a critical role in supporting a broad array of U.S. military operations across Europe. As a key installation, it directly supports numerous tenant organizations, including the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, Regional Health Command Europe, Defense Logistics Agency Europe, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, 7th Mission Support Command, 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, Landstuhl Regional Medical Command, 16th Sustainment Brigade, 5th Battalion/7th Air Defense Artillery, and the Army and Air Force Exchange Service Europe, among others.

Conti Federal is also constructing an $8.2 million design-build task order contract for the USACE Europe District for the repair and renovation of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Barracks Building 8234 at Smith Barracks, U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.
