Scope
In April 2022, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) European District awarded Conti Federal a design-bid-build contract to construct a new pier for one of the Israeli naval bases.
Allocated as part of the $50M task order from the Northern Israel Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Conti Federal will provide its construction services in support of the Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) agreement with the United States Government.
This pier project includes the demolition of existing infrastructure and the construction of a new electrical building as well as landscaping the location.
The pier project will support the Israeli Navy in their efforts to maintain security operations in this maritime area.
