Matthew Stover Joins Conti Federal as Chief Financial Officer

Brings decades of financial leadership to support the company’s continued growth

Conti Federal Services LLC, a leading federal construction and design-build firm, has announced Matthew Stover as the new Chief Financial Officer. Matthew has extensive experience leading finance and accounting teams across industries, and guiding organizations through growth by using technology to drive decisions. At Conti Federal, he will be a key corporate leader, managing all financial and accounting functions.

Matthew will partner closely with the operations team to improve overall efficiency, drive growth and deliver exceptional results.

Matthew previously served as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Lennar Homes in Orlando where he refined core processes and reinforced its operational discipline, contributing to the division’s focus on delivering reliable, high-quality homes.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
