The new office will serve as central point for client engagement and strategic coordination, reinforcing Conti Federal’s long-standing partnerships with federal agencies and its expanding portfolio of mission-critical facilities and infrastructure projects. In particular, the Washington, D.C. location enhances the company’s ability to support all Department of War (DoW) clients through direct engagement with regionally located leadership.
The expansion is led by Chief Strategy Officer, Lou Zecca, and includes the addition of Ricardo Nolasco, Global Director of Project Controls. Nolasco brings extensive expertise in federal construction and program management. Wendy Honaker joins the team as Project Manager. Her experience supports Conti Federal’s ability to execute complex federal projects in the area. As part of this strategic growth, Enrique Villa has been promoted to Global Director of Quality, leading companywide quality oversight and reinforcing Conti Federal’s commitment to consistent, high-performance delivery across its global portfolio.
