Conti Federal Services, a leading federal construction and design-build firm, has announced several key leadership promotions and new assignments in response to the company’s continued expansion and recognition as one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.
In 2025, Conti Federal was named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the second consecutive year, ranking in the top 11% of all honorees and in the top 30 for the construction industry. The company also earned Great Place to Work® certification for the fourth straight year, reflecting its strong culture of trust, collaboration, and opportunity.
“Conti Federal’s growth over the past few years has been extraordinary, and it’s a direct result of the talent and leadership within our organization,” said Peter Ceribelli, Chief Executive Officer. “As we expand into new regions and capabilities, these leadership changes ensure we stay aligned, agile, and ready to meet the evolving needs of our federal clients around the world.”
The company’s rapid expansion in 2025 includes outgrowing its current Orlando headquarters and relocating to a larger office space, as well as opening new offices in Washington, D.C. and Guam before the end of the year to support federal projects around the globe.
To support its continued expansion, Conti Federal has strengthened its leadership ranks with several key promotions and appointments.
“This next chapter of growth is about scaling with purpose,” said Peter Ceribelli, Chief Executive Officer. “We are investing in our people and strengthening our leadership team as we expand our footprint, to ensure Conti Federal is positioned to deliver mission success for our clients worldwide.”
With record growth, expanding geographic reach, and an award-winning culture, Conti Federal is poised to build on its momentum into 2026 and beyond, continuing its mission to deliver secure, resilient, and mission-ready infrastructure for the U.S. federal government worldwide.
