Conti Federal Services is currently constructing $64 million in critical infrastructure to support the KC-46A bed-down site in Israel, under a contract awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District.

The project scope includes the construction of six new steel and concrete structures to support aviation storage, maintenance operations, and site-wide infrastructure. Work also encompasses site development activities designed to enhance mission readiness and operational capacity for the next-generation aerial refueling aircraft.

The KC-46A Pegasus, derived from the Boeing 767-200ER platform, is a multirole tanker capable of aerial refueling, cargo transport, passenger movement, and aeromedical evacuation. Compared to the legacy KC-135, the KC-46A provides increased fuel capacity, greater efficiency, and improved mission flexibility, making this infrastructure vital to supporting long-term operational effectiveness.

This project builds on Conti Federal’s extensive track record of delivering mission-critical facilities in Israel, including the recent completion of multiple F-35 Hardened Aircraft Shelters and construction of a pier for the Israeli Navy.
