Conti Federal Services is constructing new Company Operations Facilities (COF) at South Range Schofield Barracks under a $97.3 million contract awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pacific Ocean Division, Honolulu District. This Military Construction (MILCON) project supports the consolidation of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, at Schofield Barracks’ South Range and strengthens mission readiness for units stationed throughout the Indo-Pacific.

The project includes the construction of five new structures that will support operational, administrative, and deployment readiness functions for four companies and the Troop Aid Station of the 225th Brigade Support Battalion. These new COFs will provide centralized space for command and control operations, unit supply and equipment management, inspection and maintenance activities, and secure storage of mission-essential and high-value equipment.

Key project components include:

  • Two Readiness Module buildings

  • Two covered hardstands

  • One administrative module building

Together, these facilities will deliver modern, flexible spaces designed to meet the evolving needs of Army units preparing for rapid deployment and sustained operations.

This award builds on Conti Federal’s growing portfolio in the Pacific, which already includes two multiple award contracting vehicles: the USACE Honolulu $495M Hawaii MATOC, and the NAVFAC Pacific $990M Indo-Pacific IDIQ MACC. Conti Federal’s experience in the Pacific region includes a building renovation at Camp Hansen in Okinawa, Japan, and a fuel system repair at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
